We’ve covered the batching approach to planning and organizing your week. Now that you’ve established your 90 day goals and broken them down into projects, it’s time to schedule them into your week.
Module 3: Meditation
It all comes together with a daily meditation practice to fortify and strengthen your inner resources so you can accomplish your goals and remain centered. The problem is, many people I know struggle to get this practice going. So I have a proposal for you: try it for 5 minutes every day. Here’s a guided meditation to get you started:
